INSTITUTE, W.Va. – The West Virginia State University women's basketball team (2-0) defeated Livingstone, 90-60, on Saturday before coming out on top against West Chester, 107-102, on Sunday in the Atlantic Region Tip-Off Challenge at the Walker Convocation Center.
