STAUNTON, VA- The Elizabeth City State women's cross country team finished fourth at the Golden Acorn Invitational on Friday at Mary Baldwin University. The ladies posted a time of 4:17:17 and scored 94 points. The best finish of the Vikings came from freshmen runner Nafeesah Salaam with a time of 34:53.5. The team travels to Virginia Union for the Panther Invitational on October 14th. Race is set to begin at 4 p.m.
