MURFREESBORO, N.C. - The Elizabeth City State women's basketball team fell in a close contest to the Hawks of Chowan University 61-63 on Saturday afternoon. The Vikings drop to a 3-1 season (0-0 CIAA) as the Hawks improve to 3-1. The Vikings resume play at home in the Vaughan Center on Tuesday November 22 for Education/Community Day. Tipoff is slated for 11 AM. Patrons are encouraged to bring toiletries or pantry items for entry into the game.
