Norfolk State men's track athlete Kendrick Winfield represented NSU at the NCAA Indoor National Championships on Friday evening, competing in the 200 meters at the Virginia Beach Sports Complex Winfield took 13th place in the 200 meters prelims, clocking a time of 20.87, finishing two spots ahead of his qualifying seed. He became NSU's first male student-athlete to compete at the indoor national championship since Trequan Barnes in 2019.
