Williams and Valadez Lead Lady Jaguars Over Jackson State

BATON ROUGE, La. – Anabella Valadez hit a home run and a triple and Kairah Williams scattered five hits and struck out five as the Southern University Lady Jaguars defeated Jackson State 5-3 on the final day of the Mardi Gras Classic at Lady Jaguar Field. Southern improved to 1-8 on the season, while JSU dropped to 3-6.
