HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Alexis Wiley recorded a double-double Monday night, but it wasn't enough as Oakwood University fell in straight sets to Tennessee Southern in a non-conference volleyball game inside Ashby Auditorium. The Firehawks downed the Ambassadors 25-17, 25-19 and 25-19 to sweep the season series. Oakwood fell to 12-9 with the loss, while Tennessee Southern improved to 13-9. Kamaria Murray led the Ambassadors with eight kills. Cammora Robinson finished with seven, while Morgan Bone and Harmonie Banks had four apiece. Wiley finished with 12 assists and 10 digs. Cameryn Bucknor finished with 14 assists and six digs. Murray had seven digs, while Anna Jones and Myah Beasley had five apiece. Emma Beardsley led the Firehawks with nine kills. Emma Harding had 18 assists and 10 digs, while Alyssa Burns had 13 assists and 10 digs. Isabella Garza had a game-high 15 digs.
