Volleyball exits MEC Tournament with defeat to West Liberty

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia State University volleyball team (25-6, 12-4 MEC) was knocked out by West Liberty (21-11, 10-6 MEC) in the quarterfinals of the Mountain East Conference Tournament on Thursday afternoon at the Wehrle Innovation Center. The Yellow Jackets were edged by the Hilltoppers in set one (26-24) before dropping the next two (25-16, 25-13).
