ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - Four Vikings tied for lead in kills (Nylissa Snagg, Victoria White, Jada Rouse, Elizabeth Kellum) that led to a 3-0 straight sets victory over Bowie State at the Vaughan Center Sunday afternoon. The Vikings remain undefeated in conference play posting a 12-7 (6-0 CIAA) record on the season as the Bulldogs drop to 6-5 overall (3-3 CIAA). "Very happy to move to 6-0 in the conference against a healthy Bowie State team," says Head Coach David Brooks "To have four players with eight kills a piece yet again shows the depth of our team. We have a quick turnaround with a strong Virginia State team coming in tomorrow, but we look forward to our loyal fans packing out Vaughan to see us compete one more time before we head to Raleigh for CIAA Round-Up part two."
