University of the Virgin Islands men’s basketball players Naythan Shaw-Clarke and Jalil Langston were voted to the All-GCAC Preseason First and Second teams, respectively, while the men’s team is expected to finish 10th in the conference as voted by the GCAC Rating Committee released on Thursday.
