Shortly afterward, the State of Arkansas passed House Bill 1671, establishing the Arkansas Student-Athlete Publicity Rights Act. The NIL floodgates opened, and there has been an endless stream of Name, Image, & Likeness opportunities for student-athletes nationwide.
