Two Late Runs Propels Pirates Past Norfolk State 4-3

NORFOLK, Va. (April 15, 2025) … Coach Cat Tarvin's side defeated the Norfolk State Spartans 4-3 at the NSU Softball Field. Hampton recorded 12 hits and a season-high two home runs. The Pirates had jumped out to a lead in the fifth but headed into the seventh trailing. Two late runs by Hampton's offense secured the victory for HU.
