CHARLOTTE, NC (October 10, 2023) - The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA®), the nation’s oldest historically Black athletic conference, returns to Baltimore, Maryland for the Food Lion 2024 Men's and Women's Championship Basketball Tournament.
