Dover, Del. (May 10, 2023) --- Delaware State outfielders Uxua Lopez (jr.) and Emma Glawson (sr.), along with shortstop Britney Phally (fr.) have been named to the 2023 All-MEAC Third Team, in voting by league head coaches and sports information representatives announced last evening. Lopez was tops on the Hornets in hitting (.312), home runs (4), runs batted in (24), doubles (9), triples (3) and slugging percentage (.560) this season. She also ranked in the top 10 among all MEAC players in six offensive categories, including slugging percentage (5th), OPS (7th), RBI (9th), doubles (4th), triples (4th) and home runs (8th).
