At his signing ceremony this morning, he had the room captivated by his "medium-sized speech" to the team. Simon likes to sing and play video games, and he's looking forward to kicking the ball around with his new teammates. "We are very fortunate to bring Simon onto our team," Swan said. "Simon is the second child we've had come to us through Team IMPACT. Our first experience was a success, and our team is looking forward to building a relationship with Simon and making him feel great about soccer and this new adventure."   The East Coast Conference entered into a partnership with Team IMPACT in the fall of 2013, and Daemen has been working with the organization since 2014.
