Spartans Sign ASUN Conference Guard Jazmine Spencer

Norfolk State women's basketball head coach Jermaine Woods has added former North Florida guard Jazmine Spencer, his first signee at Norfolk State.   A 5-6 senior from Bartow, Fla., Spencer played a crucial role during her one season at North Florida. Spencer averaged 11.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game while shooting 33.4 percent from the floor.
