Release courtesy of Queens College Sports Information FLUSHING, NY – For the 10th time in program history the Queens College women's tennis team is NCAA Women's Tennis Championship is bound as head coach Alan Nagel and the Knights have earned the #13 seed. It is the second straight year the Knights are one of the Final 16 teams remaining in the country that will battle for the NCAA Women's Tennis National Title from Wednesday, May 21 to Sunday, May 25 in Altamonte Springs, FL at Sanlando Park. The Knights enter the Final 16 with an overall record of 10-5, an East Coast Conference Regular Season and Conference Tournament title, and earned the #2 seed in the East Region Tournament. Queens will match up against #4 seed nationally-ranked #4 University of North Georgia Nighthawks who enter the tournament with an overall record of 20-6 and are making their fifth appearance in the NCAA Women's Tennis Championship.
