The postseason honors keep coming for Daemen University senior guard Alahna Paige (Rochester, N.Y.)! One week after being named the East Coast Conference Player of the Year, Paige was named the 2023-24 Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) East Region Women's Basketball Player of the Year, as announced by the organization on Thursday afternoon. She becomes the second player in Daemen program history to earn D2CCA Player of the Year honors, and the second player to be named to the D2CCA First Team. Katie Titus earned East Region Player of the Year and First Team honors for the 2021-22 season.
