Oakwood University women's soccer claimed the No. 2 seed in the East Division and will take on West Division No. 3 seed Paul Quinn College tonight at 6 in the 2025 HBCUAC Championship at Lee Hedges Stadium in Shreveport, La. The Ambassadors (1-5-1, 1-2-1 HBCUAC) won when it mattered, beating Tougaloo College on October 19. Reynna Mayers leads the team in scoring with three goals and one assist. Renee Wisdom has seen most of the action at goalkeeper with four starts. She has 28 saves. The Lady Tigers (6-7-1, 1-3-0 HBCUAC) picked up their only conference win against Wiley University on Oct 23. Cora Hurst leads the team in scoring with 10 goals and two assists. She is third in the conference in goals and fifth in points with 22. Mia Hawkins has four goals and seven assists. Goalkeeper Fernanda Rosas leads the HBCUAC with 47 saves. West No. 2 seed Wiley University will take on East No. 3 seed Tougaloo College today at noon.
