SHREVEPORT, La. – Oakwood University fell 17-0 to Paul Quinn College Tuesday night in the 2025 HBCUAC Women's Soccer Championship at Lee Hedges Stadium. The Tigers scored eight goals in the first half and tacked on nine more in the second. Oakwood goalkeeper Shaniyah Gowdie finished with 15 saves. The Ambassadors finished the season 1-7-1. Oakwood was out shot 56-0, including 32-0 in shots on goal. Nine different players scored for Paul Quinn College, including Mia Hawkins, who finished with four goals.
