HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – David Thompson's goal in the 11th minute Wednesday afternoon pulled Oakwood University men's soccer even with Talladega College at 1-1, but the Tornadoes outscored the Ambassadors 2-0 the rest of the way to come away with a 3-1 win in an HBCU Athletic Conference game at University Field. The loss dropped Oakwood to 2-6 overall and 2-2 in league play. Talladega College improved to 3-7 and 3-1. The Tornadoes outshot the Ambassadors 16-4, including 9-1 in shots on goal. Neriah Bean took the loss, allowing three goals, while coming up with six saves.
