NCCU Uses Strong Fourth Quarter to Pull Away From Delaware State

Norfolk, VA—North Carolina Central University used an 18-4 run to start the fourth quarter to pull away to a 66-56 win over Delaware State in the quarterfinal round of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference tournament at the Norfolk Scope Arena.  The Eagles (17-14), the number 3 seed, advances to the semifinal round against Howard University, the Number 2 seed, on Friday at 2 pm.
