Release courtesy of Molloy University Sports Information ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY – The Molloy men's lacrosse program will compete in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history after winning the East Coast Conference Championship with an 11-10 overtime victory over Mercy University. Molloy was given the five-seed in the eight-team First Round and will take on fourth-seeded Pace University. The contest will be played from Northwell Stadium in Pleasantville, N.Y. on Wednesday (May 7) at 4:00 p.m. The winner will advance to face the winner of top-seeded Adelphi and eighth-seeded Georgian Court in the North Region Quarterfinal at the site of the highest remaining seed on May 11. The Semifinal will take place at the highest remaining seed on May 18 before a National Champion is crowned on May 25 from Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.
