MEAC Announces Weekly Softball Honors

NORFOLK, Va., March 31, 2025 – Howard senior Alyssa Vasquez has been named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Softball Player of the Week. Norfolk State’s Amaya McPherson earned Rookie of the Week honors while Howard’s Ameenah Ballenger and North Carolina Central’s Jaden Davis were named Co-Pitchers of the Week.
