NINETY SIX, S.C. – Longwood powered forward to first-place through two rounds of stroke play at the Big South Championship on Monday at The Patriot GC at Grand Harbor, as the Lancers carded a second-round 286 to tie as the best team score of the day en route to a 3-shot lead with a 579. Individually, Radford's Bryce Corbett posted a 6-under 66 in the second round to vault 23 spots into a tie for first-place with Winthrop's Ian Faulconer at 3-under 141. Faulconer was tied for first-place after the morning's opening 18 holes at 3-under 69 with High Point's Charlie Barr.
