KEYS, ADAMS NAMED OAKWOOD'S CO-PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Saniya Keys and Trenisha Adams have been named Oakwood University's Co-Players of the Week sponsored by Zaxby's. Keys and Adams were honored for their performance during the week of Feb. 17-23. A 6-0 freshman center/forward from Cottonwood, Keys scored 20 points and grabbed seven rebounds in a huge 64-55 road win over Talladega College. She was 9-of-16 from the field and had one assist and one steal in 22 minutes. Adams, a 5-5 junior guard from Rome, Ga., finished with 15 points and seven rebounds. She was 5-of-7 from the field, all 3-pointers, and had two steals in 40 minutes to help the Ambassadors turn back the Tornadoes.
