Johnson Earns MEAC Player, Defensive Player of the Week Accolades

Graduate guard Diamond Johnson earned MEAC Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week honors for the second consecutive week, announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.   Johnson helped lead the Spartans to a pair of wins against North Carolina Central (96-57) and Howard (68-56). She averaged 22.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and 5.5 steals across the two victories.
