JENNINGS NAMED OAKWOOD'S PLAYER OF THE WEEK

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Jordan Jennings, a junior center fielder from Greenville, Miss., has been named Oakwood University's Player of the Week sponsored by Zaxby's. In four games during the week of March 3-9, Jennings batted .461, going 6-of-13 at the plate, with two doubles, scored three runs and had two RBI. Jennings' best game came in a 25-7 loss to Southern University of New Orleans when he went 4-for-4 with a double, scored two runs and had an RBI. Currently, Jennings leads the team in batting average (.360), hits (18), runs (12), walks (10) and stolen bases (6).
