Raymond, MS - JD Boyd Gym on the Hinds-Utica Campus is set to host the first two rounds of the Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) Middle School Basketball Tournament this Friday and Saturday, January 13th and 14th. The tournament is designed to give middle school basketball teams an opportunity to showcase their teams and have the chance to play in the postseason. Winners of the first two rounds will advance to championship sites East Mississippi and Northeast Mississippi. Games will begin Friday at 3:00 PM with boys and girls championship games on Saturday at 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Teams and bracket are below. Tickets are $10 advance and at the gate. Only cash will be accepted at the gate.
