BLACKSBURG, Va. -- High Point extended its lead to win the 2023 Big South Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship on Saturday. The Panthers finished the meet with 215 points to claim its second Big South Women's Indoor Track & Field title and first since 2020. Campbell was second in the final standings with 125.5 points, followed by Charleston Southern in third with 113.5 points.
