The Hawks battled throughout, keeping the first two sets within six points and the final set within three. Madison Henderson turned in a strong performance at the net, denying multiple Emmanuel attacks that led to a season high in blocks. With Friday's results, Chowan moves to 5-19 overall and 4-12 in conference play, while Emmanuel improves to 15-8 on the season and 12-4 in league action.
