HAMPTON, VA … Hampton basketball standouts Marquis Godwin and Majee Garvin have been invited to participate in the inaugural HBCU All-Star Dream Classic. Some 40 of the best players from HBCU institutions will play in the men's and women's showcase event. The Classic is slated for Saturday, August 5 at Rucker Park in New York. The women's showcase is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. followed by the men at 7:00 p.m.
