Great 2nd half adjustments lift Vikings over Winston-Salem State 20-17

ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - Quick adjustments on offensive play calling in the final moments of the third quarter gave the Elizabeth City football team what it needed to come away with their first season win and first home game victory over Winston-Salem State 20-17 on Saturday afternoon. The game was televised on Asipire TV in a host of markets from New York City NY to Atlanta, GA and brought in a whopping 7000 fans to Roebuck Stadium, the largest turn out in stadium history thus far.
