Virginia Union University Golf Team competed in and were host to the 2025 CIAA Northern Division Golf Tournament on April 7th & 8th, 2025. The tournament was contested at The Lakeside Park Club (LPC) and The Country Club of Virginia's West Hampton Course. LPC golf course designed by world-renowned architect Donald Ross. The Country Club of Virginia's Westhampton's Course opened on June 18, 1910 and originally designed by Herbert Barker, renowned golf course architect Donald Ross redesigned the layout in 1920. Due to the inclement weather the tournament was originally scheduled for 54 holes and was reduced to a 36 hole tournament. In spite of the weather, it was a great challenge and experience for all the golfers.
