Golf Places 10th at 2023 NCAA DII Preview Tournament

The Virginia Union University Golf Team competed in the 2023 NCAA DII Preview Tournament. The tournament was contested at The Iron Valley Golf Club. The golf course opened in the Spring of 2000 and lies on a large 352-acre tract of land that has historical significance dating back to the late 1700's. Iron Valley Golf Club was designed by the world-renowned architect, P.B. Dye, and offers natural terrain, expansive vistas, and extreme elevation changes. Iron Valley Golf Club provides a genuinely great test of golf. Iron Valley Golf Course is a Par 72, 7026 yards layout and is Ranked as the #8 best course you can play in Pennsylvania by Golf Magazine and proved to be a very stern test for all the teams that participated.
