O’Brien led D’Youville in kills throughout the week while consistently providing pivotal kills throughout the past 3 games this weekend. Defensive Player of the Week Senior | Outside Hitter/Right Side | Caguas, Puerto Rico Malpica recorded a team-high 15 digs and matched her season-high with three total blocks to lead Daemen's defensive effort in a 3-1 win over D'Youville on Oct. 22. Malpica leads Daemen with 199 digs this season and ranks seventh among the ECC leaders in digs per set (2.80). She has recorded 10+ digs in nine matches this season. Setter of the Week Junior | Setter | Santiago de Chile, Chile Bertens Deckart paced the D’Youville offense with 95 assists over three matches while also adding 17 digs, seven aces, and eight kills. She ran the attack efficiently in both victories and posted back-to-back 40-plus assist performances, including 44 at Saint Anselm and 43 versus Daemen. Her aggressive setting and serve kept opponents off balance and powered the Saints to a 2–1 week. Rookie of the Week Freshman | Outside Hitter | Farmingdale, NJ Mullen matched her career-high with 20 kills and accounted for 21.5 points to lead Daemen to a four-set win over D'Youville in the Wildcats' only game of the week. Mullen's offensive production came with a .390 hitting percentage, and she added nine digs to contribute defensively as well. Mullen has recorded 10+ kills in 12 matches this season, including 10 of the last 12. She leads the Wildcats and ranks fourth in the league by averaging 3.30 kills per set. ECC Weekly Honor Roll Senior | Outside Hitter | Rzeszow, Poland Bieniek had a match-high 13 kills on .276 hitting with four digs, three aces, and one assist in Mercy's sweep of STAC on Wednesday. Avery Dole, Daemen Graduate Student | Setter | Summerfield, NC Dole recorded her second double-double of the season, notching a team-high 25 assists to go with 11 digs during Daemen's 3-1 win over D'Youville on Oct. 22. Her 25 assists matched a season-high. Adriana Rivera Rodriguez, Mercy Junior | Setter | Humacao, Puerto Rico Rivera Rodriguez had a match-high 26 assists with nine digs, two blocks, and two kills in Mercy's sweep of STAC on Wednesday. Cameron Ulinski, D’Youville Junior | Outside Hitter | Parkland, FL Ulinski was a six-rotation standout defensively this week, posting 35 digs to go along with strong contributions in serve-receive. She recorded 13 digs versus Daemen and 16 in the five-set win over Saint Anselm, while also applying service pressure with eight total aces across the week. Ulinski’s defensive impact consistently fueled D’Youville’s transition offense in both road wins.
