COLONIA, NJ – The East Coast Conference has announced that over 1,550 student-athletes have been named to the league’s 2024-25 Commissioner’s Honor Roll. “I am very proud of these accomplishments by our ECC student-athletes!” said ECC Commissioner Jessica Grasso. “With the multiple responsibilities that our student-athletes have to manage, they ensured that their academics were a top priority.” Molloy University had the most honorees for the sixth consecutive year, with 238. D’Youville was the runner-up with 210 student-athletes while Roberts Wesleyan (199), Mercy (195), and St. Thomas Aquinas (179) all topped 150. The Commissioner’s Honor Roll is awarded to student-athletes who receive a 3.25 or better cumulative grade point average. This annual recognition, in addition to the conference’s Scholar-Athlete awards, helps to uphold the East Coast Conference’s mission of promoting the total person and the ability to excel not only in the athletic arena, but also in the classroom.
