D’Youville’s Smith Leads All ECC Runners, Roberts Wesleyan and Daemen Place at NCAA Women’s Cross Country Championship

D’Youville junior Lainie Smith, who had earned an at-large bid following a breakthrough performance at the ECC Women’s Cross Country Championship, led all ECC runners with a 172nd-place finish at the 2024 NCAA Division II Women’s Cross Country Championship, held at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex on Saturday afternoon.
