NEW BRITAIN, Conn. – Mike Dorcean homered and Marcos Herrand threw an impressive eight innings as Coppin State's baseball team took the series opener from NEC-leading Central Connecticut State, 5-1, on Friday afternoon at CCSU Baseball Field.
