Dover, Del. (Oct. 11, 2022) --- A Delaware State equestrian student-athlete and a Hornet horse have been recognized by the National Collegiate Equestrian Association. The NCEA today announced that Delaware State senior Kayleigh Fox as its September Standout Athlete of the Month, and DSU's "Cici" as the Horse of the Month.
