BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Michelle De La Cruz kicked off Florida A&M's appearance in the Southwestern Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships Thursday (Feb. 16). The senior was the lone Rattler to compete, doing so in the pentathlon, where she notched results in four events, including a third-place finish in the high jump (1.55 meters) and a fourth-place effort in the 60-meter dash (9.32).
