AUSTIN, TX -- Grad student Nahtali Simpson went 2-for-6 with a double and the Tigers' lone RBI on the day, as TSU went 0-2 on day two of the Texas Longhorn Invitational. Simpson's RBI knocked in junior Laila Armstrong and broke a 14-inning scoring drought for the Tigers. The Tigers only managed six hits, three in each game on the day. Sophomore hurler Sophomore Caitlyn Manus (7-6) started both games in the circle, going 0-2 for Tennessee State (9-9).
