The Mississippi Valley State University volleyball program is in the win column during SWAC play after defeating the Alcorn Braves, 3-1, on Monday night. It was a milestone victory for Head Coach Kimberly Wade, her first career conference triumph as the leader of the Devilettes. The hard work, day in and day out, finally paid off for these young ladies, notching their most points (59), digs (48), kills (44), assists (40), and service aces (10) against an NCAA Division I opponent to date in 2025, as well as holding the Braves to the team's lowest hitting percentage allowed (0.070).
