#CAAHoops WBB Recap – March 4 – Madness Begins Early in Women’s Regular Season Finale

RICHMOND, Va. (March 4, 2023) – A chaotic year came to a crazy conclusion on Saturday as we ended the day with a three-way tie for first place, a two-way tie for fourth and a tie for seventh. Towson and Northeastern won their regular season finales and got help from North Carolina A&T, who beat Drexel as the Tigers, Dragons and Huskies shared the conference’s regular season title. N.C. A&T tied for fourth with William & Mary after the Tribe won on Saturday. The regular season came to an end with Monmouth fending off a comeback attempt and Hampton completing a double-digit come-from-behind victory in the final two games on Saturday.
