RICHMOND, Va. (Jan. 19, 2024) – Home-court advantage prevailed on Friday night in CAA Women’s Basketball, with teams going 5-1 in their home gyms. Stony Brook improved to 5-0 in league play to remain in sole possession of first place in the conference standings, while William & Mary and Drexel stayed within a game of the Seawolves, moving to 4-1 in CAA action with victories. Additionally, UNCW won its first league game this season, Towson snapped a three-game skid, and Elon was the lone team victorious on the road.
