RICHMOND, Va. (Jan. 20, 2023) – All four games in CAA Women's Basketball were decided by less than 10 points on Friday night, headlined by North Carolina A&T moving into sole possession of first place in the conference. The Aggies defeated Stony Brook in a heavy-weight CAA battle in a game closer than the final score reflected. Towson stayed hot, winning its fourth straight game, while Charleston collected its second consecutive win in league play. Additionally, UNCW was victorious in its first conference contest this season, marking the Seahawks’ first win in CAA play since March 5, 2021.
