RICHMOND, Va. (Jan. 1, 2023) – The first six-game CAA hoops Sunday did not disappoint as four teams – Drexel, Monmouth, North Carolina A&T and Stony Brook – moved to 2-0 in league play, Hampton earned its first-ever CAA victory and Northeastern picked up its first conference win this season. Eight teams had at least three double-figure scorers, and five players recorded double-doubles this afternoon.
