RICHMOND, Va. (Feb. 4, 2024) – Stony Brook and North Carolina A&T find themselves with more breathing room atop the CAA Women’s Basketball standings following Sunday’s results. The Seawolves and Aggies remain deadlocked for first place, moving to 8-1 in league play after double-digit victories on Sunday. The duo is now 2.0 games ahead of Monmouth, Charleston and William & Mary in a three-way tie for third at 6-3. The Hawks fell to Stony Brook, and the Cougars suffered a setback at Towson, while the Tribe defeated Drexel to create the jam. Additionally, Campbell, Delaware and UNCW picked up wins to conclude the weekend.
