#CAAHoops WBB Recap – Feb. 17 – CAA Chaos Continues; Friday’s Six Games All Decided in the Fourth

RICHMOND, Va. (Feb. 17, 2023) – The chaos in CAA Women’s Basketball continued Friday night as all six games were decided in the fourth quarter. Only two teams that entered the final quarter with the lead emerged as winners. Northeastern earned the biggest win, knocking Drexel off on its home court for the first time this season. In addition, Stony Brook, Towson, Delaware and Hampton earned road wins, while Elon was the lone team to defend home court. With the results, the top four teams in the conference standings are separated by half a game, including a three-way tie for second place at 9-4. Despite a setback on Friday, William & Mary (9-5) is just one back of first place, currently sitting fifth.
