RICHMOND, Va. (Sept. 4, 2023) – The CAA has announced its volleyball weekly award winners following the second week of the 2023 season. Towson’s Irbe Lazda and Delaware’s Asia Murray collected their second honors in as many weeks, earning CAA Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively. In addition, William & Mary sophomore blocker Olivia Esposito shared CAA Defensive Player of the Week recognition, and Northeastern freshman outside hitter Abby Reck was named CAA Rookie of the Week.
