CAA Softball Weekly Awards – March 27

RICHMOND, Va. (March 27, 2023) – The CAA has announced its seventh softball weekly awards for the 2023 season. Elon sophomore outfielder Kaitlyn Wells was named CAA Player of the Week. Senior right-handers Payton Lemire of Charleston and Ashton Melaas of Stony Brook shared CAA Co-Pitcher of the Week accolades. In addition, Charleston freshman Karlee Hughes collected CAA Rookie of the Week honors.
